PhotoNeat accepts JPEG images and outputs completed JPEG pages. It organizes the images on each page, in row and column format controlled by the user. The user can specify page border or boundary spacing, inter-image spacing, and page orientation. Shadows are optional, Page backgrounds are optional, "PROOF" watermark or user-defined embossed watermarks are available. Page numbering and location of optional printing gutters are optional.
