M2ST Troubleshooter is a new generation mobile utility. With this application, one can troubleshoot a remote server easily using its own mobile device. The application is based upon J2ME technology and establishes secure connection between the mobile device and a remote server.

The objective behind developing M2ST Troubleshooter is to give user the flexibility to connect with its server from anywhere, anytime. It comes handy at times when server gets breakdown or need some urgent modifications and it may not be possible to reach the server site quickly.

All user has to do is to open this application on his mobile device, establish contact with the server and using its virtual keys, give necessary system commands to the server. The only prerequisites for the user is to have a mobile device that supports J2ME MIDP2 technology and Secure shell version (ssh) version less than 2 on server side (kindly refer your mobile user manual to verify this).

This biggest benefit with this application is its compatibility with many new technologies like Blackberry, ssh1, ssh2, telnet and MIDP2. Besides that, the application has color GUI and customized Font Selection to adjust itself according to the mobile device and its screen size.

M2ST Troubleshooter uses advanced security technique to protect data during transfer. Unlike telnet, M2ST Troubleshooter encrypts data on mobile side before sending it to the server side to prevent any unauthorized access on its way.
