Recipe Catalog comes with a database of more than 2000 ingredients.

Create a shopping list by selecting the recipes that you will prepare for the coming week. Print recipes to 8 1/2 x 11 paper or index cards. Upload and download recipes over the Internet to share with others from around the world.

Recipe Catalog includes a daily food diary. Enter the food that you eat at each of your meals. View detailed information on your total nutrient intake for the day or any other period of time. Analyze whether your diet includes the proper balance of vitamins and minerals.
