TradingNet is used to issue Documents for your merchandising operation. It generates Quotation, Performa Invoice, Sales Confirmation, Contract, Purchase Order and Official Invoice. Further more, it provide Cost History comparison, Sales report and group of Sales Analysis report. It keeps all the product details of you company and convert detail to quotation throughout invoice in one modules.

Document modules also maintain purchase cost, quote and selling price, which is used to find out the cheapest product cost and most generous customer, hence benefit sales and profit margin. Meantime, by quoting an exactly acceptable price to customer in order to get order confirmation.

Print to .PDF format or print to MS document imaging. Which is then capable of converting to any kind of graphic formats. i.e. .jpeg .jpg .png .bmp .gif .tif. The graphical format document can't be changed or altered by recipients for legitimate purpose. All print out is able to export to Word or Excel file for further editing.
